On this occasion of Women's Day take this article maybe taken as an heart pouring out session! ;)
The willingness to listen, the patience to understand , the strength to support , the heart to care and just to be there is the beauty of a lady!
One very beautiful question by a friend who fails to understand the logic behind Women's Day.. Well my friend if you profoundly reflect at the structure of the society and you might find the trail to the mystery..
Women's Day is in a way,victimized form of approach towards it. I mean it is not the only day when you should be adoring women and making them feel special for being one of a kind but there's more to it.
Primarily, how many of us ever believe in a equal platform form for women as well? The answer is hardly a few. It is no travesty to the truth the right to LIVE INDEPENDENTLY doesn't agree for half of the women in this country. Thus, we make this provision, Women's Day, to express how precious women are in this male chauvinistic society. All the men reading this , how many of you can ever swear and say that they never judged a lady to be inferior in her work, or point out flaws in her just because of this gender difference? Don't tell me the answer but I'm sure now you get what the whole point is all about. Its a gradual shift from the orthodox mental processes to a newer freer mental working. It is this sub-conscious hammering into your head to grow beyond the shackles of the age old thinking. Even this not precisely why Women's day is celebrated.
I am no way trying to saying to that women are special(though they are :P) or that they are superior to men but just trying to say that they are under rated! It is no pseudo feminist approach but a positive image building campaign.
More importantly Women's day is WOMEN. Guys have no clue in the world how much a women has to go through everyday. This is no complaint but a fact due to the faulty system of the society. Be it harassment or being over burdened with work. With faulty system of the society I mean why does this concept of 'working women' exists. Assuming that in a nuclear set up if both the husband and the wife work, why is it that responsibility of fulfilling the household chores falls solely on the women's shoulder, this is also precisely what I mean to say is 'over burdening'. Life is no better for a house wife either, and the night mare is that this sorry picture is for the urban society, the so called modern and liberal.
This one only for women-
This is one day for US, to feel life ain't that bad either. Relieve yourself of all the shackles and dogmas and start reliving your life in a proper(acceptable) fashion!
It's not that men don't understand ever, but it's that they aren't really properly dealt with.
To all women who think you are weak it is a MAN who resides under woMAN..
God made Adam first, rectified the flaws, completed the missing and made Eve!
Believe in your strength and submit to no injustice, God made you because he loves you! :*
Whichever is your form, you are the nicest thing that a man can ever possess! ;)
